Letter to invite a keynote speaker
At some point in your speaking career you are going to get
your first letter to invite you to be a keynote speaker. It will probably look
something like this:
Dear Speaker:
Our committee has reviewed your demonstration materials, references and contract
details. We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected as our keynote
speaker for the XYZ conference January 28th, 2xxx.
We are also interested in the educational materials you have offered to provide.
Please contact us to go over the contract details.
